render_batch

Queue a preview or full cut of variants from footage the user owns. Call it first with confirm omitted: the result is the Clips-minute estimate (the cent figure is a hypothesis, not a measured price) and nothing is held. A full render waits until that cut's preview is ready. Music stays off. Set confirm to true only after the user accepts it.
