What it does in Heavenly

The announcement has a home.

Connect the Discord webhook for the intended channel. Heavenly uses the destination you supply.

Write for the people in the server.

Prepare an announcement with clear context and supported media. Review it before scheduling.

Keep the community in the loop.

Plan the community version beside your public posts and inspect the delivery result.

About Discord

What is Discord?

Discord hosts communities with text channels, voice chat, events, and member spaces.

What does Heavenly send to Discord?

Text, links and attachments. 2,000 characters per message. It publishes to A server channel.

How do you connect Discord?

Channel webhook. Create a webhook for your announcement channel and connect it once.

Who is Discord useful for?

Members of creator, gaming, education, product, and interest-based communities organized into servers.

Why use Discord with Heavenly?

Keep server announcements consistent with the rest of your content plan and deliver to the chosen channel.

How it works

  1. Connect

Channel webhook. Heavenly keeps that connection with the draft.

  2. Prepare the post

Text, links and attachments. The announcement lands in the right room.

  3. Choose the time

Schedule it to A server channel from the same calendar as the rest of the launch.

  4. Stay inside the limit

2,000 characters per message. Create a webhook for your announcement channel and connect it once.

How earning works on Discord
Monetization process

How do you earn on Discord?

Eligible servers can sell subscriptions. Message views do not pay. Example: 50 members × $5/month = $250 gross, before Discord, processing, and any applicable app-store fees.

Follow these steps

  1. Build a community worth joining

Create a clear purpose, useful channels, and consistent moderation before adding a paid tier.

  2. Check monetization eligibility

Review Server Settings and Discord's current country, account, and policy requirements for monetization.

  3. Create the paid offering

Set a subscription tier with specific benefits and complete the required payout onboarding.

  4. Calculate net income

Start with paid subscriptions × tier price, then subtract the fees listed in Discord's Monetization Terms. Views and server size alone do not determine earnings.

  5. Receive your payment

Finish payout onboarding in Server Settings → Monetization. Review subscriptions, fees, refunds, and payout status before recording net receipts.

USD examples illustrate gross revenue, not promised earnings. Fees, eligibility, and payout terms vary by account and country. Payments come from the platform or your customer, not Heavenly.
