These terms are the agreement between you and LensLabs LLC (“LensLab”, “we”, “us”) for Heavenly, the video product at lenslab.dev/heavenly. They cover the website, the editor, Clips, chat, publishing, the API and the connector. Please read all of them. Where a section limits what we are responsible for, or commits you to something, it says so in plain words. Questions: hello@lenslab.dev.
1. The agreement
You accept these terms when you do any of the following: answer the setup questions and start a plan, pay for a plan, create or sign in to a LensLab account to use Heavenly, or use any part of Heavenly. If you do not accept them, do not use Heavenly.
Three other documents are part of this agreement: the Privacy Policy, which says what personal information we handle and why; the Cookie Policy, which lists what Heavenly stores in your browser; and the Data Processing Addendum, which applies when you use Heavenly with other people’s personal data, for example people who appear in your footage. If one of those documents and these terms disagree about the same point, the Data Processing Addendum wins for personal data we process on your behalf, and these terms win for everything else.
If you use Heavenly for a company, a client, or any other organization, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms for it. “You” then means both you and that organization.
Daydreamers, LensLab’s photography product, has its own terms. One LensLab account opens both products, but paying for one does not include the other, and these terms cover Heavenly only.
2. Words used in these terms
- Heavenly or the service: everything LensLab offers under lenslab.dev/heavenly, including the pages, the editor, Clips, chat, the calendar and publishing, the API and the connector.
- Account: the LensLab account you sign in with.
- Plan: a paid subscription to Heavenly (Hobby, Creator, Arena, Arena 2×, or an Enterprise plan agreed in writing).
- Credits: the allowance for AI and media work that comes with a plan each month.
- Clips hours: the allowance of source video Clips can find clips in each month.
- Content: everything you bring to Heavenly or make in it: video and audio files, links you paste, transcripts, captions, titles, descriptions, images, chat messages, project names, profile details and feedback posts.
- Output: what Heavenly produces from your content: cuts, clips, captions, transcripts, summaries, suggestions, edit lists and rendered files.
- Connected account: an account on another service, such as YouTube or TikTok, that you link to Heavenly so it can post for you.
- Team: a workspace whose owner has invited other people into it.
3. Who can use Heavenly
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Heavenly asks your age before setup, before sign-in and before the app opens. It keeps only a yes-or-no record that you answered 18 or older, never the number. Heavenly is not directed at children, and you may not use it if you are under 18, even with a parent’s permission.
You may not use Heavenly if the law where you live forbids it, if you are on a government sanctions list that applies to LensLab, or if we have previously closed your account for breaking these terms.
4. Your account
One LensLab account opens Heavenly. You can create it with Google or with an email address and a password. Give your real name and a contact email you actually read: plan receipts, team invites and important notices go there.
A new visitor can pay for a plan before the account exists. In that case Stripe collects your email address with the payment, and the plan attaches to the first account that verifies that same email address. Create the account with the email you paid with. If you use a different one, the plan cannot find you until you write to hello@lenslab.dev.
You are responsible for your account. That means:
- Keep your password, sign-in links and API tokens secret.
- Do not share one account between several people. Use a team instead (section 11).
- Do not create an account for someone else without their permission.
- Tell us at hello@lenslab.dev as soon as you think someone else has used your account.
Anything done through your account, your API tokens or your connected accounts counts as done by you, unless it happened because we failed to keep the service reasonably secure.
5. What Heavenly does
This section describes what Heavenly does today, so you know what you are agreeing to. The Privacy Policy describes the same features from the point of view of your data.
The editor
In the editor, you drop a video file you already have. Heavenly cuts it in your browser. It sends the sound to Google Gemini through LensLab’s server to write the transcript, and it uploads the file itself only when you export it or ask Heavenly to watch and listen to it.
To understand your footage, the editor sends stills sampled from the cut, its sound, and the transcript to Google Gemini through LensLab’s server, to plan edits and write captions. This is on by default. Turn it off below the editor’s composer; the editor then works without it.
The editor can show captions, mark keep or cut, write an EDL, a Final Cut XML (FCPXML), or a plain shot sheet, and render an MP4 on LensLab’s media service. Today that MP4 is scaled to fit within 1280 by 720 pixels and contains the trims, cuts and splits made on one source file. The media service refuses a timeline it cannot render correctly rather than render it wrongly.
Clips
In Clips, you upload a video or paste a link to a public video (for example YouTube, Twitch, Kick or TikTok). LensLab’s media service then fetches that video, or only the timeframe you pick, and keeps it with that Clips project so it can find and render your clips. Only paste links to videos you have the right to use and clip.
Automations
An automation does the same for each new upload of a YouTube channel you choose, and posts the clips to your accounts at the times you set, or after you approve them. Only set one up for a channel whose videos you have the right to use, clip and post. You are responsible for what an automation posts, as for posts you schedule yourself.
A Twitch automation watches only the Twitch channel you connected, which must be your own. It works from the clips Twitch shares with you, the ones your viewers made and the ones Heavenly asks Twitch to make at your markers, downloaded through Twitch’s own clip download, never from a recording of the whole stream. The clips Heavenly makes stay on your Twitch channel. Twitch’s terms apply to your channel and its clips; you are responsible for having the right to post what your stream shows, including other people and music.
Chat
You can ask Heavenly for edits, clips, captions and ideas in plain language. Your messages and Heavenly’s answers are stored with your account so the conversation can continue, and are sent to Google Gemini to write each answer.
Social and the calendar
Social connects the accounts you choose, such as YouTube and TikTok, through each network’s own sign-in. The calendar then posts what you schedule, at the time you pick, to the accounts you pick. You are responsible for what it posts. Section 10 says more.
The connector, the API and other tools
The public MCP URL at lenslab.dev/api/mcp answers public LensLab questions. It does not edit the file on your machine and it does not receive the footage. Heavenly’s connector is at lenslab.dev/api/heavenly-mcp. Listing its tools is open. Project and publish calls need a Heavenly access token. The connector does not receive the footage. Section 12 says more.
Changes to the service
Heavenly is under active development. We add, change and remove features, limits and supported services. If we remove something that a paid plan was sold with and do not replace it with something equivalent, write to hello@lenslab.dev and we will end the plan and return the unused part of what you prepaid. A feature labeled beta, preview or experimental may be less reliable and may be withdrawn without that remedy.
6. Plans, payment and credits
There is no free tier
Heavenly has no free tier and no free trial: the app opens once a plan is active. The people who can open the app are someone with their own active plan, someone who holds a seat on a team whose owner has an active plan, and LensLab itself.
Prices
Published prices are on Heavenly pricing. Hobby is USD 20 a month, or USD 16 a month billed yearly. Creator is USD 50 a month, or USD 40 a month billed yearly. Arena is USD 100 a month, or USD 80 a month billed yearly. Arena 2× is USD 200 a month, or USD 160 a month billed yearly. Enterprise is quoted by sales. Yearly means twelve months prepaid in one payment. The price you are charged is the one shown on the checkout page when you pay. If a tax applies to your purchase, it is shown at checkout and added to the price.
How payment works
Payments are taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own checkout page. LensLab never sees or stores your full card number. You authorize Stripe to charge the payment method you give it for the first period and for each renewal. If you enter a promotion code, the discount it gives and how long it lasts are shown at checkout.
Renewal
Plans renew until you cancel. A monthly plan renews every month and a yearly plan renews every twelve months, on the anniversary of the day it started, at the price then in effect for your plan. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe tries again over the following days. If the payment still fails, the plan ends and the app closes until a plan is active again. Your projects are not deleted when that happens.
Changing plan
You can change plan from the pricing page. Moving to a bigger plan, or from monthly to yearly billing, starts at once. Before you confirm, Heavenly shows what you pay that day: the new plan’s price for the rest of the current period, less what is left of the old one. Your renewal date stays the same, except that moving to yearly billing starts a new year that day. What you already used in the period, in credits and Clips hours, still counts against the new plan’s allowance.
Moving to a smaller plan, or from yearly to monthly billing, starts when the period you paid for ends. You keep your current plan until then, and there is no refund or credit for the difference. Until that date you can choose to keep your current plan instead.
Price changes
We may change prices. A new price never applies to a period you have already paid for. It applies from your next renewal, and we will tell you by email or in the app before that renewal so you can cancel first if you do not agree.
Credits
Credits are the plan’s monthly allowance for AI work. A chat message, a footage analysis, an export from the editor, and each minute it renders use credits. The pricing page shows how many credits each plan includes. Unused credits do not roll over, and they are not cash: they cannot be refunded, sold, transferred to another account, or exchanged for money. When your credits for the period run out, the actions that use credits stop until the next period or until you move to a larger plan. On a team, everyone’s work draws on the owner’s credits.
Clips hours
Clips uses its own monthly allowance, shown in hours on the pricing page, instead of credits. Each whole minute of video Clips looks through uses one minute of it, however many clips it finds; a part of a minute is not counted, and a video always uses at least one minute. When you choose a timeframe, only that part counts. A project that fails, or that you delete before it finishes, gives its minutes back. Downloading clips does not use anything. Clips hours follow the same rules as credits: they do not roll over, are not cash, and on a team come from the owner’s plan.
A plan’s owner can buy extra Clips hours from the pricing page, in packs shown there with their price. Extra hours are used after the month’s hours run out, carry over from month to month while the account has a plan, and end with the account. Like other payments they are not refundable; if one is refunded in full, its unused hours are taken back.
Limits that come with a plan
Each plan also sets how many social accounts you can connect and how many seats a team has. The pricing page shows the current numbers. We may apply reasonable technical limits, such as file sizes, video length and request rates, to keep the service working for everyone.
7. Cancelling and refunds
Cancel from Settings → Billing, or write hello@lenslab.dev. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and then the app closes. Your projects stay with your account unless you delete them or the account.
Payments are not refundable. We do not give refunds or credits for a period that has started, for a period you did not use, for unused credits or Clips hours, for the amount charged when you move to a bigger plan, or for a plan you forgot to cancel, except where the law requires a refund or where section 5 or section 17 says we will return part of a prepayment.
If you believe a charge was a mistake, request a refund from Settings → Billing or write hello@lenslab.dev. A person reviews each request and replies by email; a refund is never automatic, and asking does not pause or cancel the plan. Changing plan does not restart any period the law gives you to withdraw.
Deleting your account cancels any paid plan on it right away, without a refund for the rest of the period. If you want to keep using the time you paid for, cancel the plan instead and delete the account after the period ends.
EU and UK consumers keep any withdrawal right that local law does not let us waive. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you normally have 14 days from the day you buy a plan to withdraw. Heavenly opens as soon as you pay, at your request. If you withdraw within the 14 days, write to hello@lenslab.dev and we will refund the payment, less a proportionate amount for the service already supplied up to that moment where the law allows that deduction.
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved. Please write to us first: most billing problems are fixed faster that way.
8. Your footage and other content
You keep ownership
You keep ownership of your footage and of everything else you bring to Heavenly. Nothing in these terms transfers your content to LensLab.
What you allow LensLab to do with it
You let LensLab store, process, and send it only as needed to run what you ask for, including posting it where you tell Heavenly to. In legal terms, you give LensLab a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, transcode, analyze, display back to you and your team, and transmit your content, limited to operating Heavenly for you and lasting only while we hold the content. This license lets us pass your content to the service providers named in the Privacy Policy for the same limited purpose. It does not let us sell your content, publish it on our own, or use it in advertising.
One more use, which you control. While Learn from edits I keep is on in Settings, we keep a record of what you do with the clips Heavenly suggests, with no footage and no transcript text in it, and we use it together with other creators’ records to improve how Heavenly chooses clips for everyone. The Privacy Policy describes the record. Turn the switch off and nothing you do afterwards is used this way.
What you are responsible for
You are responsible for music, likeness, and any other right in what you upload, caption, or post. Do not use a file you are not allowed to use. In particular, you confirm that:
- you own your content or have every permission needed to use it in Heavenly and to post it where you ask Heavenly to post it;
- the people who can be seen or heard in your footage have agreed to that where the law requires it;
- a link you paste into Clips, a video you pick from Dropbox or Google Drive, or a channel an automation watches, points to videos you are allowed to download, cut and reuse; and
- your content does not break the law or the rules in section 13.
Keep your own copy
Heavenly is an editing and publishing tool, not a backup service. Keep your own copy of every file you care about. We may delete content as described in the Privacy Policy, for example an upload that never finished, and we delete your content when your account is deleted.
Things other people can see
Most of what you make in Heavenly is private to you and your team. Some things are visible to others because of how they work: a project you set to public is listed to other signed-in Heavenly users with its title, description and your name; a post on the feedback board, including any image and comments, is visible to other users and stays there after your account is deleted; and a profile picture you add is shown through a link that works without signing in.
Feedback
If you send us ideas, suggestions or bug reports, we may use them to improve Heavenly without owing you anything and without any obligation to keep them confidential.
9. AI features and what they produce
Heavenly uses AI models, currently Google Gemini, models on Groq, and Deepgram, to transcribe, understand footage, find clips, write captions and answer chat, and ElevenLabs to make the sound effects you describe in the editor. Please keep these points in mind:
- It can be wrong. Chat suggestions can be wrong. Transcripts can mishear, captions can misattribute a speaker, a clip can cut in the wrong place, and a summary can miss or invent a detail. You review the cut before you export it, and you review a post before it goes out.
- You decide. Heavenly proposes; you approve. You are responsible for what you export, publish or send, exactly as if you had edited it by hand.
- It is not professional advice. Do not rely on Heavenly’s answers as legal, financial, medical or safety advice, or as a check that a video is cleared for copyright, music licensing or advertising rules.
- Output can be similar for others. Other people who give Heavenly similar footage or instructions may receive similar captions or suggestions. That is how these models work, and it does not give you a claim against them or us.
- Your output is yours. As between you and LensLab, you own the output made from your content, to the extent the law recognizes ownership of it. We do not claim it.
- No training on your footage. Heavenly does not use your footage to train a shared model for other people. Requests to the model provider are sent with storage turned off. Heavenly does keep your own preferences, such as the style you choose, to tailor its answers to you.
You may not use Heavenly’s AI features to create content that sexualizes minors, that depicts a real person in a false and harmful way, or that is designed to deceive people about who made a statement or whether an event happened.
10. Posting to other services
When you connect an account on another service, you authorize Heavenly to act on that account within the permissions you approved on that service’s own sign-in screen: to read the account’s id and name, to upload and post what you schedule, and to read the performance figures of the posts Heavenly made for you. The Privacy Policy lists the exact permissions for each network.
Heavenly uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
If you add a link to your posts, it must point to a page you are allowed to link to, and the rules in section 13 apply to it. Heavenly counts the clicks on the short address it makes for each clip and sends visitors on to your page. It does not review your page.
If you connect your Stripe account, you confirm it is yours. Heavenly uses read-only access, by approval or by a restricted key you paste, only to match sales to the links in your posts. Make the key as narrow as Heavenly asks: it refuses one that reads more. You can disconnect at any time. The sales shown are those that came through a link. They are not a statement of what a clip earned or caused.
Every network has its own terms, community rules, advertising and disclosure rules and limits. You must follow them. A post that Heavenly makes for you is your post: you are responsible for its content, its caption, its privacy setting, any paid-partnership or AI disclosure the network requires, and the time it goes out.
Until TikTok approves Heavenly’s app, TikTok only accepts private posts from it. YouTube can keep uploads private until Google finishes reviewing Heavenly’s use of its API. These are the networks’ decisions, and they can change without notice from us.
A scheduled post can fail or be delayed: a network can be unavailable, reject the file, change its rules, or withdraw the permission you gave. Heavenly shows the result of each post. Check that an important post actually went out. We are not responsible for a post that a network refused, removed, delayed or restricted, or for anything a network does to your account on it.
Disconnecting a network in Heavenly deletes the access token Heavenly stored. It does not delete posts that already went out, and it does not remove Heavenly from the list of apps on the network’s side. To do that, use the network’s own settings.
11. Teams
A team has one owner, who holds the plan and pays for it, and members the owner invites by email. Each member signs in with their own LensLab account. The owner chooses each member’s role (admin, editor or viewer) and which projects a member can open.
- The owner is responsible for the team: for who is invited, for what members do in the team’s workspace, and for making sure members follow these terms.
- Members’ work uses the owner’s credits. The owner sees members’ names, email addresses and roles.
- Content in a team’s projects belongs to the team’s owner, or to whoever the owner and members have agreed it belongs to. That is between them; LensLab follows the owner’s instructions.
- An owner can remove a member at any time. A member who leaves or is removed loses access to the team’s projects.
- An owner cannot delete their account while the team still has other members. Remove the members or hand the work over first.
If you invite someone, you confirm you are allowed to give us their name and email address for that purpose.
12. API tokens and the connector
Heavenly lets you create API tokens and connect outside tools, including AI assistants made by other companies, through the Heavenly connector. A token is shown once when you create it. Each token has a scope (read, edit or publish) and an expiry date, and you can revoke it at any time.
- Treat a token like a password. Anyone who holds it can do what its scope allows, on your account and with your credits.
- When you connect an outside tool, that tool can read what the token allows, such as project details, timelines and transcripts, and it handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy, not ours. Connect only tools you trust.
- We apply limits to automated use, including a daily limit on calls that spend credits. Do not try to get around them, and do not use the API to build a service that competes with Heavenly or to resell access to it.
- We may change or withdraw the API and the connector. We will try to give notice of a change that breaks working integrations.
13. What you may not do
You agree not to use Heavenly to do any of the following, or to help anyone else do so:
- break a law, or infringe a copyright, trademark, or a person’s privacy or publicity rights;
- upload, create or post sexual content involving minors, content that promotes violence against people, content that harasses or threatens someone, or non-consensual intimate images;
- impersonate a person or organization, or misrepresent who made a video;
- post spam, run coordinated inauthentic activity, or evade a ban or limit that a social network has placed on you;
- download, clip or repost someone else’s video without the right to do so;
- upload malware, or probe, scan, overload or attack the service or its providers;
- access accounts, projects or data that are not yours, or get around the plan, credit, seat or rate limits;
- copy, scrape or reverse engineer the service, except where the law gives you a right to that we cannot remove;
- share your account, or resell or sublicense Heavenly without our written agreement; or
- lie about your age, or let someone under 18 use your account.
We do not review content before it is posted, and we are not obliged to monitor it. We may look at specific content when we have a reason to, such as a complaint, a legal request, or a security or abuse signal, and we may remove content or stop a scheduled post that breaks these rules.
14. Copyright complaints
If you believe content in Heavenly infringes your copyright, write to hello@lenslab.dev with the subject “Copyright”. Tell us:
- who you are and how to reach you;
- the work you say has been infringed;
- where the material is, with enough detail for us to find it (a link, a project name, or a post);
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or are authorized to act for the owner; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will remove or disable material that appears to infringe and tell the account holder. An account holder who believes the removal was a mistake can send a counter-notice to the same address with the same kind of detail. We close the accounts of people who infringe repeatedly. Much of what Heavenly posts lives on other networks: to have a post removed from a network, you also need to use that network’s own complaint process.
15. What belongs to LensLab
LensLab and its licensors own Heavenly: the software, the design, the text, the names and logos “Heavenly” and “LensLab”, and everything else that is not your content. While you follow these terms and have an active plan or seat, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Heavenly for your own video work, including work you do for clients. These terms give you no other right in Heavenly, and you may not use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you.
16. Other companies’ products
Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, iMovie, and the social networks named on the site are their owners’ products. Heavenly is not those companies, and a name on the page is not a partnership.
Heavenly depends on other companies’ services, including hosting, storage, AI models, payment processing and each network you connect. They are listed in the Privacy Policy. We choose them with care, but we do not control them: an outage, a rule change or a decision by one of them can affect Heavenly. Your use of another company’s product, such as a social network or an outside AI assistant, is governed by your agreement with that company.
17. Suspension and ending the agreement
You can leave at any time
You can stop using Heavenly, cancel your plan, or delete your account from Settings at any time. Section 7 explains what happens to what you paid.
When we may suspend or close an account
We may suspend your access, or close your account, if:
- you break these terms, and in particular section 13;
- a payment fails or is reversed;
- we must do so to comply with the law or a court order;
- your use puts the service, other users or a provider at risk, for example a security problem with your account; or
- we stop offering Heavenly.
Where we reasonably can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may act without notice where waiting would cause harm or where the law prevents notice. If we close your account because we stop offering Heavenly, or for a reason that is not your breach of these terms, we will return the unused part of what you prepaid. If we close it because you broke these terms, we will not.
What happens afterwards
When the agreement ends, your right to use Heavenly ends. We delete your content as the Privacy Policy describes. Export anything you want to keep before you delete your account or before your plan ends. The sections that by their nature should continue do continue, including sections 8 (the parts about responsibility and feedback), 15, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 23.
18. Disclaimers
Heavenly is provided as available. Keep your own copy of the file. To the fullest extent the law allows, LensLab makes no promise, express or implied, that Heavenly will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure against every attack, that its output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose, that a file will render or a post will go out, or that Heavenly will meet your requirements. Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement is excluded to the extent the law allows.
We do not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or any other certification, and nothing on the site should be read as one. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, and if you are a consumer, nothing here removes rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be waived.
19. Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- LensLab is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost views or followers, lost data, or damage to reputation, however caused and even if we were told it was possible; and
- LensLab’s total liability for all claims about Heavenly or these terms is limited to the amount you paid LensLab for Heavenly in the twelve months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
These limits apply to every kind of claim, whether based on contract, negligence or any other legal theory. They do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for intentional misconduct. Some places do not allow some of these limits, so part of this section may not apply to you.
20. Claims caused by your use
If someone brings a claim against LensLab because of your content, a post Heavenly made for you, your use of a connected account, or your breach of these terms or of the law, you will cover LensLab’s reasonable costs and losses from that claim, including reasonable legal fees. We will tell you about the claim promptly, and we may choose to run the defense ourselves with your reasonable help. This section does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by our own breach of these terms, and it does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
21. Governing law and disputes
Talk to us first. If you have a complaint, write to hello@lenslab.dev and describe it. Most problems are settled this way. Each of us agrees to try in good faith to resolve a dispute for 30 days after that message before starting a court case, unless a deadline would be missed by waiting.
Governing law. These terms, and any dispute about them or about Heavenly, are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law.
Courts. Any dispute that is not settled between us will be decided only by the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and each of us accepts the jurisdiction of those courts.
Consumers outside the United States. If you are a consumer who lives in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or another place whose law gives you protections that cannot be waived by contract, you keep those protections, and you may bring a claim in the courts of the place where you live.
22. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, for example when Heavenly changes or the law does. If these terms change in a way that matters, the new version is posted on this page with a new date at the top. When a change materially reduces your rights or changes what a paid plan includes, we will also tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. If you do not agree to a change, cancel your plan before it takes effect. Using Heavenly after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms. A change never applies backwards to a dispute that started before it.
23. General terms
- Whole agreement. These terms and the documents in section 1 are the whole agreement between you and LensLab about Heavenly. They replace earlier versions and any earlier promises. An Enterprise agreement signed by both of us takes priority over these terms where they differ.
- If part is invalid. If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, that part is changed as little as needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in force.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a term at one time, we can still enforce it later.
- Transfer. You may not transfer this agreement or your account to someone else without our written consent. We may transfer it to a company that takes over Heavenly, and we will tell you if that happens.
- Events outside our control. Neither of us is responsible for a failure caused by something beyond reasonable control, such as a provider outage, an attack on the network, a natural disaster, or an action by a government or a social network.
- Notices. We send notices to the email address on your account or show them in the app. Send notices to us at hello@lenslab.dev. A notice by email counts as received the next working day.
- Trade rules. You may not use Heavenly in, or for the benefit of, a country or person that United States law forbids LensLab to do business with.
- No third-party rights. These terms are between you and LensLab. Nobody else can enforce them.
- Language. These terms are written in English. If they are translated and the versions differ, the English version applies.
