How earning works on Telegram
Monetization process

How do you earn on Telegram?

Eligible public channels with at least 1,000 subscribers can receive 50% of channel ad revenue. There is no fixed rate per post view. Rewards are paid in TON, whose cash value changes.

Follow these steps

  1. Build a public channel

Publish useful original updates and grow a real subscriber base. A group is not the same as an eligible public channel.

  2. Check monetization

At 1,000 subscribers, open Channel Settings → Statistics → Monetization to check eligibility and earnings availability.

  3. Read your ad earnings

Check the available ad revenue and TON balance in the channel’s monetization dashboard. Post views and ad revenue are different measures.

  4. Separate other income

Track sponsorships or membership payments under their own agreements, rather than treating every channel view as paid.

  5. Receive your payment

Open channel Statistics → Monetization and follow the linked Fragment withdrawal flow. Verify the wallet and available TON amount before confirming.

USD examples illustrate gross revenue, not promised earnings. Fees, eligibility, and payout terms vary by account and country. Payments come from the platform or your customer, not Heavenly.
